Terms & Conditions
Unifop is a Brand of Acharya Consulting. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unifop website, marketplace, and related services (the “Platform”) operated by Acharya Consulting.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, browsing gigs, placing an order, or selling on Unifop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About Unifop
Unifop is a freelance services marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Escrow-style payment holds, order messaging, delivery, reviews, and withdrawals may be available depending on your account and region. Unifop does not itself perform freelance work unless expressly stated.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community standards.
4. Buyers
- Orders must include clear requirements. Payment is collected as described at checkout and may be held until delivery is accepted or other status rules apply.
- You may request revisions as allowed by the package you purchased.
- Leaving false, abusive, or manipulative reviews is prohibited.
5. Sellers
- You must deliver services as described in your gig and package listings.
- Platform fees may be deducted from order amounts as disclosed before or at the time of sale.
- Earnings may move from pending (escrow) to available balance after buyer acceptance, then may be withdrawn subject to our Withdrawal and Refund rules and any identity or compliance checks.
6. Payments & fees
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Platform. Payment processors, taxes, currency conversion, and third-party bank fees may apply. Demo or test payment modes (when enabled) are for evaluation only and do not create real settlement obligations.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Unifop for illegal content or services, fraud, IP infringement, malware, harassment, circumvention of escrow or fees, or scraping / automated abuse that harms the Platform or other users.
8. Intellectual property
Platform software, branding, and site content belong to Acharya Consulting / Unifop or its licensors. Deliverables between buyers and sellers are governed by their order terms; Unifop is not a party to ownership transfer unless required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acharya Consulting disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular seller or buyer will perform.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acharya Consulting’s total liability arising from your use of Unifop is limited to the fees you paid to Unifop in the three (3) months preceding the claim, excluding amounts paid through to sellers.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
